trackd ("we", "us") is a TV & movie tracking app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Contact: privacy@trackd.tv.

Data we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Your activity: shows and movies you follow, episodes marked watched, ratings, reviews and lists you create.
• Notifications: a device push token and your time zone, only to send episode reminders.
• Technical: basic request logs (IP, timestamp) for security and reliability.
• Advertising: if ads are shown, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may process your device advertising identifier. See Google's policy.

Why we use it

To provide and sync your tracking across devices, send the reminders you enable, power the community feed, and keep the service secure. Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our contract with you and your consent (notifications, ads).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with providers that run the service: our hosting (Microsoft Azure, EU), and Google AdMob for advertising. Show and movie metadata and images are provided by third-party catalog sources.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — in the app (Profile) or via our data deletion request. You may withdraw consent for notifications/ads in settings.

Children

trackd is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Changes

We'll post updates here and adjust the "last updated" date.

• Tecnici: log essenziali delle richieste (IP, data/ora) per sicurezza e affidabilità.

Perché li usiamo

Per fornire e sincronizzare il tracking tra dispositivi, inviarti i promemoria che attivi, alimentare il feed della community e mantenere il servizio sicuro. Basi giuridiche (GDPR): esecuzione del contratto e consenso (notifiche, pubblicità).

Condivisione

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati. Condividiamo solo con i fornitori che fanno funzionare il servizio: hosting (Microsoft Azure, UE) e Google AdMob per la pubblicità. I metadati e le immagini di serie/film provengono da fonti cataloghi di terze parti.

Conservazione e diritti

Conserviamo i dati finché esiste il tuo account. Puoi accedere, correggere, esportare o cancellare i tuoi dati in qualsiasi momento — nell'app (Profilo) o tramite la richiesta di cancellazione. Puoi revocare il consenso a notifiche/pubblicità nelle impostazioni.

Minori

trackd non è rivolta a minori di 13 anni (o l'età minima nel tuo Paese).

Pubblicheremo qui gli aggiornamenti aggiornando la data di "ultimo aggiornamento".
